During the two-day forum, issues of political stability and new security challenges, scientific-technical and humanitarian cooperation within the framework of the One Belt – One Road Initiative, new opportunities for SCO development, economic cooperation in Eurasia, as well as vectors of trade-economic cooperation are being discussed.

The event is organized by the Public Diplomacy Institute of SCO at Shanghai University, the “One Belt, One Road” Research Center at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with the assistance of the International Department and the Institute for Advanced Study of Shanghai University.

According to the Development Strategy Center, at the forum, the Director of the Development Strategy Center Akmal Burkhanov delivered a speech on the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan.
