Samarkand hosts Uzbekistan – Hungary Business Forum.
The forum is aimed at the comprehensive strengthening and further development of investment, trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hungary.
At the opening ceremony of the forum, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Jamshid Khodjayev noted that holding this business forum has a symbolic meaning.
“The main issue of the forum is the further strengthening of bilateral cooperation”, says J. Khodjayev. – In the presence of representatives of the delegation, I would like to note that we are interested in the implementation of large investment projects and constant interaction between our entrepreneurs.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó also addressed the forum. He noted with satisfaction that representatives of more than 40 Hungarian enterprises are participating in this meeting.
In the first part of the event, an exchange of documents and a ceremony of their signing took place. The forum continues its work.
G2B and B2B meetings will be organized between the heads of ministries, agencies, industry associations, banks and leading companies of Uzbekistan and Hungary.
