The ceremony of presenting the annual interstate awards “Commonwealth Stars” and “Commonwealth of Debuts” was held within the framework of the 15th Forum of CIS Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia, in Tashkent.

Ramiz Usmanov, People’s Artist of Uzbekistan, Director of the State Academic Grand Theater named after Alisher Navoi, is also among the laureates of 2021.

Ramiz Usmanov was born on 14 December 1981 in Arnasay district of Jizzakh region. As a graduate of the Yunus Rajabi Music College with a degree in rubab, in 2000 he entered the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, where he studied with the Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, Associate Professor A. Abdukadirov, specializing in academic vocals.

According to musicologists, Ramiz Usmanov is the owner of a voice that is rare in beauty and richness. This allows him to successfully perform a wide range of leading tenor parts. In 2010, Ramiz Usmanov was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Uzbekistan for high achievements.

In 2015, Ramiz Usmanov received the title of People’s Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He regularly takes part in all government concerts and cultural events of international importance.
