A referendum on the draft Constitutional law is scheduled for April 30.
On the eve of the referendum, representatives of various spheres call on the people of the country to support the constitutional reforms.
– Quality education is the key to any success, – says Muzaffar Djalalov, Rector of Inha University in Tashkent. – Young people living in our country are provided with great opportunities for higher education. For example, five years ago the number of universities was over 60, and now their number is over 210.
Non-state and private universities were created, which received Presidential and state grants. Most importantly, the status of professors and teachers has been restored, they are not involved in the cotton harvest and additional work. Such changes and reforms are worthy of recognition.
I’m not indifferent to the ongoing changes!
