As noted at the conference, in accordance with the resolution of the President "On measures of organizing activities of the joint-stock company “Uzagrotekhsanoatholding” of November 17, 2016, the joint stock company "Uzagroservice" was established. The main tasks of this structure are the study of demand and needs for agricultural machinery and its spare parts, implementation of unified technical policy in the sphere of rendering service and mechanized services to producers of agricultural products.

Taking into account the fact that according to the technical condition, 55.5 percent of the existing agricultural machinery and machines that belong to the machine and tractor parks in “Uzagroservice” system are physically obsolete, in 2017 a corresponding program was developed providing for the acquisition over 5 years of almost 19 thousand units of agricultural machinery and machinery for leasing, at the expense of a bank loan, the funds of the joint-stock company "Uzagroservice" and other sources.

Thanks to this program, in 2017-2021, 23 types of mechanized services will be provided at the expense of agricultural equipment and machinery purchased in the future. Provision of mechanized services and creation of new jobs in the areas of horticulture, viticulture, melon growing, vegetable growing and livestock is also envisaged.
