Uzbekistan hosted an international scientific-practical conference on “Reform of the public services sector in New Uzbekistan: Changes in consciousness and legal policy”.

The event, organized by the Legal Policy Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Tashkent State University of Law, the Center for Public Law Research and the Representative Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in the country, was attended by scientists, representatives of state, non-governmental and international organizations, experts from Germany, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

The participants exchanged views with foreign experts on the essence and significance of public services, their role in improving the well-being of society.

At the scientific and practical conference held on April 15-19 in Tashkent and Samarkand, the participants discussed international experience, scientific innovations and legal reforms in the sector. 

Following the event, proposals and recommendations have been developed on the current issues of public law and management development.
