Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov met with Oliver Hughes, Head of International Operations at TBC Bank Group.

At the meeting, the prospects for the development of the digital economy of Uzbekistan, the introduction of digital services, the use of artificial intelligence technologies, and modern technological solutions were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to the issue of expanding digital banking services. The parties discussed the possibility of introducing best practices and technologies to create convenient, secure, and intelligent analysis-based digital financial services for clients.

In addition, the prospects for using artificial intelligence to analyze the needs and requests of clients, preliminary risk assessment, and further optimization of financial services were studied. Proposals were made regarding the safe storage and effective use of data by government and corporate organizations using cloud solutions.

At the meeting, the significant role of artificial intelligence in various areas was emphasized, particularly the automation of financial services, optimization of customer service systems, and security.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to enhance collaboration.
