The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Farrukh Tursunov held talks with representatives of the Spanish University UNIVERSAE.

During the negotiations, information was presented on the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan's higher education and the concept of developing the country’s higher education system until 2030.

In turn, university representatives shared information about UNIVERSAE’s activities and spoke about the institution’s goals, objectives, and plans.

Considering Uzbekistan’s growing economic, social, and demographic potential and friendly foreign policy, university representatives proposed opening a UNIVERSAE branch in the country.

The Spanish side expressed confidence that Uzbekistan will become a full-fledged educational center of Central Asia, UNIVERSAE is ready to contribute to this important matter.
