The Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade hosted a roundtable discussion with the participation of the heads of more than 50 Uzbekistan companies exporting to the South Korean market.

Exporters were informed about the measures taken by the government to support the export of Uzbekistan products to foreign markets, as well as significant prospects for increasing trade in various sectors, including the textile, chemical and food industries.

The need for establishing close and trusting relations between the businesspeople of the two countries was noted, taking into account the organization of mutual business missions and industry exhibitions.

Representatives of domestic business circles were invited to attend a business mission with the participation of about 200 representatives of South Korean companies, which will be held in Uzbekistan on 3-7 July this year. 

Business forums in Tashkent city, Tashkent and Syrdarya regions, B2B and B2G meetings, as well as visits to large industrial enterprises of the country will be organized as part of the event.
