Prospects for cooperation with SMEs in Germany discussed
A videoconference has taken place with the leadership of BVMW and CEA-PME, as well as representatives of German industrial and transport-logistics companies.
On July 30 this year, a videoconference was held with the leadership of the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW) and the European Associations of Small and Medium Enterprises (CEA-PME), as well as representatives of German industrial and transport-logistics companies.
The event was attended from the Uzbek side by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov, heads of sectoral ministries and agencies, from the German side – heads of 38 German companies representing ICT, electrical engineering, medical cosmetics, building materials and a number of other industries.
The current state and prospects for development of investment cooperation, as well as new areas of mutually beneficial partnership were discussed at the videoconference.
Further steps were outlined to intensify interaction, including on organization of the visit of BVMW working group to Uzbekistan.
