Termez State University hosted an international scientific and practical conference titled “Green economy: international experience, challenges, and solutions”.

Scientists exchanged views on issues related to the planet’s ecology, resources essential for human life and health, and the development of all sectors of the economy while preserving the environment.

At the international conference, Rector of Termez State University A. Toshqulov spoke in detail about the importance of scientific research. Interesting reports by foreign scholars from Türkiye, France, and Nigeria, as well as by Uzbekistan researchers, were presented and thoroughly discussed. Proposals and recommendations to address existing issues were also presented.

The institution, which has drawn the attention of scientists and specialists from many countries to the green economy, its challenges, solutions, and international best practices, also hosted a national scientific and practical conference titled “Priority issues of efficient use of alternative and renewable energy sources in the southern regions of Uzbekistan”.
