Harvard University is a world-famous higher education institution and has the highest places in international rankings.
David Bradford is a Professor, Senior Researcher, and one of the famous scientists at this University. As a first visit to higher education institutions of Uzbekistan within the framework of scientific cooperation, he visited Namangan State University. The Professor is considered an experienced specialist in the flora of Southeast Asia and North America. At the same time, he is involved in flora projects in several countries, such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Nepal, and North America. Since 1977, he has participated in various scientific expeditions across the Asian continent and is the author of more than a hundred scientific articles and methodological works. An experienced specialist is a member of the editorial board of a scientific journal published in English by the Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. Namangan State University is also implementing the Science Based Education project.

Within the framework of this project, masterclasses are held with the participation of highly qualified scientists and professors from more than 60 countries.
The well-known professor was accompanied by a former NamSU Department of Biology graduate, Dr. Ziyoviddin Yusupov.
