In Uzbekistan, in January-June, large enterprises produced 4,194.0 tons of biscuits.

Compared to the corresponding period of 2022, the volume of production increased by 1.6 times. So, only in June, 685.3 tons of cookies were made.

In addition, over the same period, large enterprises sent 1,161.2 tons of cakes to the shelves, which is 1.7 times more compared to the corresponding period in 2022. And, in June, 205.8 tons of cakes were baked.
