The Agency for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry hosted a meeting with representatives of Deef Pharmaceutical Industries Co. of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Director of the Agency Sardor Koriyev and leading specialists of the Department for International Relations and Investment Promotion expressed their gratitude for the attention paid to the pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan. As it was noted, the establishment of cooperation and conduction of negotiations in this direction are equally beneficial for both sides.

Presentations were made revealing the potential of Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical industry and opportunities created in the country for foreign companies, investors and partners. Guests were also informed about the procedure of state registration of medicines.

Representatives of the pharmaceutical company of Saudi Arabia informed in detail about the directions of their activities. In particular, the goal of the company to create a centralized warehouse in Uzbekistan for the export of products throughout Asia was noted.
