In general, in January-August 2019, goods and services in the consumer market became 8.2% more expensive. Relative to August 2018, the average price level in the consumer sector of the country increased by 16.5%.
For comparison: in August 2018, on average per month, prices for goods and services increased by 0.3%, compared to December 2017, price growth amounted to 6.2%, in August 2017 – 15.7%.
