A joint conference of the world’s two most significant textile associations – the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) and the World Fashion Convention of the International Apparel Association (IAF) is being held in Samarkand.

The conference on “Innovation, Cooperation and Regulation – the Driving Forces of the Textile and Clothing Industry” has become a prestigious event today. It brings together leading representatives of the textile industry of Uzbekistan and leading experts in this field from around the world.

The conference, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association, focuses on new technologies, cooperation opportunities, and current problems of industry regulation in the global and local textile industry.
