The Tourism Committee organized a press tour to the tourist village of Sentob in Nurata district of Navoi region for representatives of foreign and local media.
During the tour, participants enjoyed the natural beauty of Sentob, explored its ecotourism potential, became acquainted with local handicrafts, and learned about the daily lives of its residents.

The village of Sentob, located at the foot of Nurata mountain range, is distinguished by its fresh air and picturesque landscapes. Ancient mounds, mountain views, and natural springs attract tourists.

As part of the family entrepreneurship development program, 20 family guesthouses and 3 hostels have been established in the village. A 5-kilometer internal road has been renovated, street lighting and two pedestrian bridges have been installed. Two selfie zones have been equipped. At the entrance to the village, a symbolic stele has been erected, and an information center is in operation.

In the village of Sentob, opportunities for the development of gastronomic and ecotourism were identified, and awareness-raising activities were conducted among residents on organizing tourism services in this area. A list of gastro-houses offering national cuisine was also compiled.

Based on the potential of local households, five types of tourism services have been organized.
