The Presidents exchanged sincere congratulations on the occasion of the celebration of the Ramadan Hayit and expressed good wishes for peace, wellbeing and prosperity to the two fraternal peoples.

The importance of timely practical implementation of the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan in March this year was emphasized.

The main attention was paid to promoting joint programs and projects in trade, industry, energy, transport and other sectors of the economy.

The work carried out to normalize the situation on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border, as well as to strengthen friendship, good-neighborliness and partnership in the Central Asian region, was noted with satisfaction.
