The festive event “Presidential New Year Tree” took place in the Karakalpak State Academic Musical Theater named after Berdakh.

Children from orphanages, boys and girls left without parental care, and children of law enforcement officers who died in the name of peaceful life were invited to the event.

The festive event continued with a theatrical performance featuring Santa Claus and Snow Maiden, various fairy-tale characters around a beautifully decorated New Year Tree. The children were presented with presidential gifts, including a New Year's greeting from the Head of state, sweets, stationery, smart watches, magnetic boards, and darts.

The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan A.Orinbayev attended the event. He congratulated the children on holiday.

New Year’s events are continuing in cities and districts.
