President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Chung Sye-kyun.



Welcoming the Head of our state, the Speaker noted that relations of friendship and strategic partnership between South Korea and Uzbekistan play an important role in expanding the full-scale cooperation of our countries.

Important agreements were reached on development of inter-parliamentary cooperation, further expansion of contacts in this direction during the negotiations that were held on September 26, in Tashkent. Today’s meeting, which is the logical continuation of those negotiations, also took place in the spirit of mutual trust and sincerity.

The President of our country got acquainted with the activities of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea.
