This has been announced at a briefing today by Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov.

At the briefing, journalists were informed about the events held with the participation of the Head of the state last week and important events expected this week.

As it was noted, many events are planned for the current week. Tashkent will host a trilateral meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Transport of Uzbekistan, Türkiye and Azerbaijan. A meeting in this format is being held for the first time.

The agenda of the talks includes issues of further development of cooperation in the investment, innovation, transport and communication spheres.

It is planned that the President of Uzbekistan will receive Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who are arriving in Uzbekistan to attend this meeting.

The President will also receive the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Kairat Abdrakhmanov, who has been in Uzbekistan since July 28.

Meetings and discussions aimed at ensuring the socio-economic development of Uzbekistan will be held during the week.
