President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov arrived in Ashgabat on 11 December at the invitation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov.

The program of the visit includes participation of the head of our state at the international conference “Policy of neutrality: international cooperation for peace, security and development”, devoted to the 20th anniversary of recognition by the UN General Assembly of the permanent neutrality status of Turkmenistan.
