The Fourth Tashkent International Investment Forum is becoming an important economic event not only at the regional, but also at the global level.

This year, for the first time, the National Exhibition of Industrial and Investment Potential of Uzbekistan was organized within the framework of the forum, which became a unique platform that attracted the international community’s attention.

At the exhibition, which is taking place in the Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan Complex, 90 companies from more than 10 fast-growing industries, including petrochemicals, mechanical engineering, the construction industry, and food processing, are presenting their products and services.

The President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, also visited this exhibition. The distinguished guest stressed that the exhibition plays a significant role in forming investors’ complete understanding of Uzbekistan’s opportunities.

It was noted that Bulgarian entrepreneurs are ready to invest in projects in Uzbekistan, create joint projects, and implement innovative solutions. The President of Bulgaria also supported initiatives to bring economic ties between the two countries to a new level.

Trade-economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Bulgaria has been steadily developing in recent years. There is an increase in trade turnover, in particular, relations are expanding in food industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, and building materials.

The event also included business meetings between Uzbekistan and Bulgarian companies’ representatives. They will lay a solid foundation for further strengthening economic relations between the two countries and establishing new cooperation formats.
