At the meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, it was noted that digitalization should be a matter of life and death in ministries that receive large amounts of funds from the budget.
Insufficient digitalization work was criticized in the ministries of health, agriculture, ecology, employment, quarantine, and veterinary departments. The shortcomings and lags in implementing the Digital Health project, the compilation of an electronic registry of cancer patients, and the implementation of a control system for trade and the use of pesticides in gardens and fields were noted.
The need to digitalize the process of affixing an apostille on documents in the Ministries of Justice and Internal Affairs was noted. It was also pointed out that the ministries of geology, internal affairs, customs committee, and hokimiyats of Andijan, Namangan, Samarkand, Surkhandarya regions, and Tashkent have not established a unified electronic document management system. The need for further improvement of the “People’s Control” system, which was positively accepted by the population of Tashkent, was emphasized.
All managers were alerted to the need to complete lagging projects.
