Termez hosts a meeting of activists of Surkhandarya region.

At the meeting, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev analyzed the activities of the sectors and identified important tasks for the socio-economic development of the region and improving the living standards of the population.

“If we use the capabilities of Surkhandarya, we will be able to raise the standard of living of people”, says the President. – There are opportunities, means, and conditions for this in the region. But everything seems to be in hibernation. Now all leaders will visit mahallas, homes, and work with entrepreneurs. Why am I constantly repeating “mahallabay”, “mijozbay”? If the confidence of the population is ensured, if at least 10 young people are employed in each mahalla, this will help to increase the income of families. If people have income, there will be no crime in society.
