Presentation of Magic Galaxy sports and fitness complex was held at “Next” shopping center, in Tashkent.

Every year more and more people in the world are lacking physical activity, as the result of which their health indicators are deteriorating. In connection with this, a presentation of Magic Galaxy sports and fitness complex was held at “Next” shopping center, in Tashkent. It was aimed at development and popularization of physical culture among people of different ages.

After all, one of the main factors of health is the level of physical development.

New types of cardio workouts: jumping and cycling, which stimulate the cardiovascular system and contribute to weight correction, were presented at the event.

Following the event, a number of various sports competitions were held among the coaches of the complex and all visitors. Winners were awarded special prizes by the organizers of the event.
