Active preparations are underway in Fergana region for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which will be held on July 9 this year.

Chairman of the Central Election Commission Zayniddin Nizamkhodjayev talked with members of the 11th Fergana district election commission for holding elections for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He got acquainted with the educational process conducted based on the Concept of organizing the advanced training of members of commissions for holding early elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the cities of Kokand, Margilan, Fergana, and Dangara, Buvayda, Oltiariq districts, as well as with the activities of precinct election commissions.

During a conversation with members of the 11th Fergana district election commission, he highly appreciated the active participation of the region’s residents in political processes, especially in the recent referendum. He also highly appreciated the preparations for the presidential elections in this region and expressed the hope that the important upcoming event would also take place with the active turnout of Fergana residents.
