The event, organized by the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was attended by representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, the general public, journalists.

Issues of strengthening interethnic relations, supporting activities of national cultural centers and friendship societies, cooperation with partner organizations abroad were discussed at the conference.

Meros (Heritage) Association is engaged in wide propaganda of history, art and culture of Uzbekistan in France. Activities of this organization contribute to strengthening Uzbekistan – France friendship.

The President of Meros Association Farrukhbek Yuldoshev informed about the organization’s activities, plans for the future. Issues of expansion of cultural-enlightenment relations with foreign countries, including between Uzbekistan and France were considered.
