18 most active women and girls competed at this stage of the competition, organized to ensure active participation of women in further deepening democratic reforms and developing civil society, identifying and stimulating women with high political knowledge and organizational skills, involving them in the party ranks.

It was noted that systematic work is being carried out in the country to fully support women, in particular their social adaptation, improvement of living conditions of women in difficult social situation and in need of support. At the same time, it was emphasized that activities on supporting aspirations and initiatives of women, increasing their participation in public administration yield high results.

The Decree of the President “On measures for fundamentally improving activities in supporting women and strengthening the family institution” of February 2, 2018, serve as an important guide to action in this direction.

– The prestige of the competition is increasing from year to year, – says the Acting Chairman of the regional council of the party N.Yuldosheva. – This is evidenced by the fact that more than 120 party activists attended the district and city stages of the competition. The competition is significant in that it is aimed at identifying talents and abilities of gifted girls and women, their stimulation and effective use of their potential.

Participants experienced their knowledge in such thematic areas as “The most effective way of solving women’s problems”, “Political resourcefulness” and “Free theme”.

The first place was taken by S.Ibrokhimova from Akhangaran district, who got the opportunity to attend the republican stage of the competition. N. Koshanova from Chirchik city took the second, L.Tasiboyeva from Bostanlyk district – the third place. Winners in a number of nominations were also determined.

Winners were awarded with diplomas, certificates and memorable gifts of the regional council of the party.
