Member of the Uzbekistan national team Polina Kudermetova has advanced to the final of the international Canberra Challenger tournament held in Australia under the auspices of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA).

In the singles semifinals, Polina took to the court against Japan’s Himeno Sakatsume and secured a victory with a score of 7:5, 6:2.

In the tournament final, Kudermetova will face Joanna Garland of Taiwan. The winner of the tournament will receive $33,650 and 125 WTA ranking points.
