This centre is serving in an exemplary manner for the purpose of satisfying the local population’s moral enlightenment needs. All the necessary conditions and conveniences have been created at this information resource centre for book lovers.

“Today more than 4 thousand 500 readers use the services provided at the centre. Our employees give special attention to stepping up propagation work directed towards getting locals, especially young people, interested in reading and further raising their book-reading culture,” says librarian Mehriniso Umidova.
