This centre provides services for 775 boys and girls. It has 26 clubs in such spheres as artistic creation, local area study, ecology and technical creativity. This centre’s training rooms have been equipped to modern standards.

Qualified teachers and specialists there give special attention not only to young people’s learning professions but also to the formation of such feelings in their hearts as love for the Motherland and respect for national values.
