The Agency for Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools (PIIMA) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a presentation of the Oxiana Fellows Incubator program for students of subordinate schools.
The Oxiana Fellows Incubator program, founded by our compatriots Anna Rasulova and Alisher Saydalikhodjaev, aims to develop the talents and skills of young people and help them gain access to international development programs.
Alisher Saydalikhodjaev noted that within the framework of the program, participants will learn how to achieve their goals and more.
The Oxiana Fellows Incubator program is expected to begin in February 2021. The program will be attended by students of the 9-10th grades of Presidential, creative and specialized schools. Participants will be required to set aside five hours of their time to work with the Oxiana Fellows Incubator program. They will take part in online conferences once a week.
“2021 has been declared in Uzbekistan as the Year of Support for Youth and Health Promotion. The President of Uzbekistan set the task of supporting young people in realizing their potential and ideas. I think that the new initiative will help our children achieve their goals and become good people and specialists in the future”, the Director of the Agency Khilola Umarova said.
The project will consist of several components: personal development, admission advice to universities, incubation and acceleration of student projects, a school exchange program, etc. As part of the first component, the mentors involved will help young people understand themselves and learn to identify their interests and strengths. Students learn to find intrinsic motivation and set personal goals.
