As previously reported, on September 16-17, Dushanbe will host the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will also take part in it.

As is known, last year, due to the pandemic, the SCO Summit was held in an online format. The current SCO Summit coincides with the 20th anniversary of the organization's formation.

Preparations for this international event have been carried out in Dushanbe. Large-scale landscaping work was carried out.
