Khiva Carpet Factory in Khorezm region employs 250 people.

In September 2020, a modern plant was established here, and in August this year, the implementation of the second stage of the project started. The company is equipped with energy-saving equipment from Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France and Turkey.

Polypropylene yarn, carpets and other products are produced here. They are exported to the United States, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.

In 2022, the third stage – a project for the production of yarn from acrylic fibers will be implemented. As a result, the production capacity will reach 2.2 million square meters per year. It is expected that 45 percent of products will be exported, and annual exports will exceed $5 million.
