The construction of the building has been completed currently. On its four sides, there are portals with a height of 34 meters, and in the center, there is an oriental-style dome.

The Center for Islamic Civilization is envisaged to become a base for scientific institutions in this field, provide conditions for research by scientists and strengthen the knowledge of students. Accordingly, the project will be improved, and the center will create conditions for undergraduates and doctoral students of the International Islamic Academy.

The design and equipment of the interior and exterior of the center, security systems and communications will meet the most advanced requirements.
