Photo report from Amir Temur bridge in Karshi
The Amir Temur bridge in Uzbekistan’s Karshi has a 700-year history. In ancient times, it connected the two banks of Kashkadarya River and was a means of implementing international socio-economic relations.
The bridge was built by the great commander Amir Temur and completely reconstructed in 2016, on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the country’s independence. There are picturesque alleys on both banks of the river, where there are always a lot of citizens and guests.
