Participants of the Congress of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World, held in Samarkand, visited ancient Bukhara. During the sightseeing tour, the guests became familiar with the construction activities underway in the region.
Issues of developing cooperation between Turkish companies and relevant government organizations in urban planning were discussed at the meeting, organized with the participation of Bukhara region’s Hokim Botir Zaripov.
Representatives of the Union of Engineers and Architects expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and shared their impressions of Bukhara.
Major construction projects that are planned to be implemented in Bukhara were presented at the meeting. The Turkish businesspeople highly appreciated the presented projects and expressed their readiness to provide comprehensive support for their successful implementation. It was decided to organize joint work on each project.
The Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World was established in 2022 as a non-governmental, non-profit organization in Ankara. Its main goal is to mobilize resources to restore the historical heritage of the Turkic world under the motto “Unity in language, thoughts and deeds”. The organizations of Turkic-speaking states are also the main partners of the alliance.
