The 15th International Kurash Tournament in memory of Al Hakim at-Termizi for the prize of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan will kick off today in Termez.

Guests from almost 30 countries of the world visited the Hakim at-Termizi Complex.

The elderly and young wrestlers showed their skills to foreign guests. Performances were held, where various wrestling techniques were demonstrated. Here, the specialists of the sphere told in detail to foreign athletes and other guests about the past and present of kurash, the large-scale work carried out on its further development.

The guests also got acquainted with the archaeological sites of Fayoztepa and Koratepa.

The event, organized in Hakim at-Termizi Complex, was attended by the Hokim of Surkhandarya region Tura Bobolov.
