Samarkand hosted an International Conference on the features of Imam Bukhari’s heritage and its educational value.

Participants of the conference led by the Minister of Hajj and Religious Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Qasim Halimi, and the head of the Islamic Center of Tajikistan, arrived in Bukhara.

Deputy Hokim of Bukhara region Erkin Majidov and other officials met the guests.

The program of the visit includes visits to the sights and sacred places of worship of Bukhara.
