International experts, who took part in the International Conference “Improving the Constitutional and legal foundations for further reforming the system of organization of state power”, visited the Akhsikent complex, in Namangan.

“History testifies that scientific research in Akhsikent began 150 years ago”, a Chief Researcher at the Institute of Socio-Political Research under the Russian Academy of Sciences Boris Guseletov said. – Samples of tangible culture found in Akhsikent are stored in the Hermitage in Saint Petersburg and the Historical Museum in Moscow. We are pleased that the scope of research has expanded. In particular, major projects that are planned to be implemented here will further increase interest in this archaeological site.

The participants of the conference also visited several sites in Davlatabad and Turakurgan districts.
