On September 4-8, 2023, the UNESCO headquarters in Paris will host the exhibition “Abu Rayhan Beruni. Geographical and Intellectual Travel”. The project is timed to the 1050th anniversary of an outstanding scientist and thinker’s birth.

The visitors can learn more about the life and scientific activities of Abu Rayhan Beruni thanks to the visual part of the scenography and multimedia installations, as well as copies of manuscripts presented in the exhibition.

The event will also include a concert of the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan under the direction of Alibek Kabdurakhmanov. The audience will also enjoy the world premiere of Dmitry Yanov-Yanovsky's composition Zij – Music of Constellations.

The exhibition is organized by the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan.
