On the first day of singles competition, held on the courts of the Republican Tennis School of Olympic Reserve, Denis Istomin defeated Di Wu with a score of 6:4, 6:4, and 6:2. In the second game, Farrukh Dustov lost to Ze Zhang with a score of 6:1, 4:6, 4:6, and 2:6.
