Nigina Abduraimova and Akgul Amanmuradova started doubles contest with the victory at the Tashkent Open International Women’s Tennis Tournament of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) which is held on courts of the Republican Olympic Reserve school of Tennis.

The first game was against Ukrainian tandem Alona Fomina and Kateryna Kozlova, and our sportsmen defeated them with scores 6:4, 6:1.

Now, tandem of Nigina Abduraimova and Akgul Amanmuradova will play with Vera Dushevina (Russia) and Katerina Siniakova (the Czech Republic). Besides, in this round our compatriot Vlada Ekshibarova with Angelina Gabueva from Russia will play with duo of Stefanie Voegele (Switzerland) and Ekaterina Bychkova (Russia).
