Uzbekistan’s talented boxer Otabek Kholmatov in professional boxing WBA is getting closer to the championship.

O. Kholmatov is expected to fight with the leader of the WBA ranking, British professional boxer Thomas Patrick Ward. According to the Professional Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan, the WBA gave 30 days to the boxers and their teams to coordinate this fight. The winner will become the WBA champion and will be given the right to enter the ring against Leo Santa Cruz.
