Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the UK took part in London Textile Forum (Fashion Fabrics Show) on October 13-14.

Talks were held with the leadership of specialized British companies, which were provided with information on the potential of Uzbekistan in this sphere, the opportunities created for the export of Uzbekistan textile products to world markets.

According to the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan, several British companies have shown interest in cooperation with Uzbekistan. Agreements were reached on working out the issues of establishing interaction with Uzbekistan manufacturers of textile and leather products, silk.

Issues of organizing a presentation on products manufactured in Uzbekistan with the involvement of representatives of leading retailers, British suppliers, independent design enterprises and others were discussed.
