The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosts the First International Forum of Musical Theaters “Operetta.Uz”.

The forum is timed to the Culture and Art Workers Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The forum aims at international assistance in strengthening creative contacts between theater workers of Uzbekistan and the CIS countries, which, of course, will contribute to the establishment of a single cultural space.

The agenda of the forum includes press conferences, master classes, workshops, laboratories for acting and the work of the artistic and staging part of the theater, as well as visits to the sights of the city of Samarkand.

The closing ceremony of the International Musical Forum of Musical Theaters will take place on April 23, at the Turkiston Palace of Arts.
