Open dialogue with entrepreneurs was held in Urgut district of Samarkand region by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekstan.

At the event, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Isokov and others provided information about activities carried out by judicial bodies in the sphere of protection of rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, relevant legislation. The cases considered by courts, problems hindering farmers and entrepreneurs’ activities were also analyzed.

Within the framework of the event, presentation of practical guide “Appealing rules to economic courts”, published by the Supreme Court was held.

Receptions with participation of judges of the Supreme Court and responsible employees of law enforcement bodies, responsible agencies were also held, entrepreneurs’ problems in judicial legal sphere were studied and measures were taken to solve them.
