In recent days, coronavirus cases in Uzbekistan are declining.

The degree of its spread is 0.8 (according to the conclusion of WHO experts, an indicator of up to 1.0 means that the situation with the incidence is stable).

There is also a positive shift in the recovery rate, which exceeds the number of cases, and the number of those quarantined is lower than the number released from it.

The sources of infection in 35-40 percent of cases are family members or relatives of the patient, in 6-7 percent – neighbors, in 10-12 percent – contacts in public places, in 4-5 percent – contacts at the workplace.

According to the analysis, the incidence among kindergarten kids at the age of 3 to 6 is lower than the rates of children who are in home education (3-3.5 times).

The Republican Special Commission, taking into account these aspects, carries out several activities.

In particular, from February 7, 2022, the educational process in all general education schools, vocational and higher education institutions, academic lyceums and non-state education institutions will be transferred to the traditional mode.

Strict adherence to the requirements for wearing masks, maintaining social distance, personal hygiene rules and the constant use of antiseptics remains mandatory.
