As part of the joint project “Modernization of urban planning standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, a meeting was held with the participation of the leadership, as well as qualified specialists of the Research Institute of Technical Rationing and Standardization in Construction and the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology.

At the meeting, a presentation from the Korean delegation on the work carried out within the framework of the project was heard. Views were expressed on its further acceleration.

The tasks to be performed at the following stages of the project were discussed. In particular, a decision was made to hold weekly online dialogues by Korean and Uzbek experts on the modernization of urban planning standards via videoconference.
